Of the clients who responded to the survey, we received an average satisfaction score of 9.2 out of 10. We are thrilled and humbled by the result, but we know we need to keep improving to continue to meet your needs.
Clients have told us that professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail are some of the key attributes that you as clients value. To help improve these areas we are undergoing a program to ensure all advisory staff are CFP certified. CFP status is the highest possible accreditation in our profession and we are confident that this program will further enhance your experience with Elston.
