Catch of the day!

Following the end of the financial year, a convoy of 12 of Elston’s finest made their way down the Pacific Highway to the little coastal town of Wooli. The weekend was action-packed, with groups heading offshore in the mornings to chase Kingfish, Pearl Perch and Snapper, and fishing the beaches in the afternoons to round out the day. In the evening, the team feasted on their catch of the day while enjoying a few cold ones. Cameron Felice took out ‘Fisherman of the Trip’ with his skilful catch of a very impressive Kingfish.

The trip was a great success and for those looking for a great weekend getaway, Wooli comes highly recommended by the Elston crew – who wouldn’t love to walk off their back porch straight onto the beach!
