Nothing succeeds quite like success, something Elston Intern Joe McCarthy is finding out. Joe recently passed his first CFA exam, putting him well on the way to becoming an analyst for Elston.
The rate of passing all three CFA exams is just 30%, meaning only top financial minds achieve this coveted global certification.
He plans to complete the final two exams this year, noting, “Earning a CFA is like being admitted to the bar, but for finance.” And he’s confident his experience at Elston is giving him a boost. “A big part (of the CFA) is practicing in an ethical manner and making sure that everything you do is in the clients’ best interests – something we already do at Elston.”
