Consultation

Your free concierge service starts with a consultation with an expert Travel Associates advisor, either face to face or over a video chat. Bring your ideas and your dates and let's start to play with what's possible.*

Itinerary

Your Travel Associates advisor will present a travel plan back to you and get your feedback on anything that you want to fine tune before sending you the final itinerary.

Bookings

if you'd like your Travel Associates advisor to book flights, hotels, even restaurants for you, we can certainly help with that. We can also give you guidance and support you with seamless connections, visas and insurance.

Relax

The Elston Travel Concierge Service gives you peace of mind while you're away. If anything comes up that causes travel headaches, you can contact your Travel Associates advisor while you're away.

*Please note that Elston will cover the cost of one use of the Travel Associates program per calendar year. Any additional use beyond this will be at your own expense. However, you will retain full access to the expertise and personalised support of your designated Elston Travel Associates contact.

There are specialist options for cruises and even winter sports. And the medical assistance is global. Talk to the Travel Associates team when booking.

Most Elston clients can access the Elston Travel Concierge (ETC) service. If you have $1m or more of funds under management with Elston, you are eligible, and your adviser will notify you. For full eligibility criteria, go to the terms and conditions.

Absolutely. You can create bespoke travel itineraries with every detail aligned to your preferences and desires across a wide range of destinations worldwide. Whether you’re looking for a city escape, tropical paradise, or cultural tour, there are options for every travel style.

You’ll have access to a dedicated travel consultant who will be your point of contact throughout the booking process and during your holiday. They will provide you with all the necessary booking information, including itineraries and travel documents, which can also be accessed online via the TRIPS App.

Q: 6. What types of travel can I book?

There is a full range of travel experiences and transport options available. Perhaps the only mode of transport not available (yet) is space travel. From luxury cruises, family vacations, wellness retreats, or adventure trips, the possibilities are almost endless.

We understand that plans may change. Your travel consultant will assist you in making any necessary adjustments, including cancellations or modifications, according to the terms and conditions of your booking.

Yes, and travel insurance is often highly recommended to ensure peace of mind while you’re away. You can access comprehensive coverage options that can be customised by the Travel Associates team to your travel plans.

Q: 9. How can you help me to travel safe?

Travel Associates prioritises safety by partnering with trusted suppliers and providing up-to-date travel advisories to their clients. You will also be informed of any important guidelines and protocols related to your destination.

Q: 11. Are there any costs associated with using concierge service?

The Elston Travel Concierge service that covers the planning of your holiday with an experienced travel consultant is free for eligible Elston clients. Costs will be incurred once you book things like travel, tour and accommodation.

Additional fees and charges from airlines or hotels may be incurred if late changes to bookings are made, however these external costs will always apply, whether or not you book your own holiday or through Travel Associates. Wherever possible we will flag these conditions and potential penalties at the time of booking.

Q: 12. Is Travel Associates an Elston company?

No. The Elston Travel Concierge service is provided by Travel Associates. Travel Associates is a third party and not affiliated with the Elston Group.

Q: 13. What’s the big travel trend for 2025?

There are lots of travel trends emerging that we’d love to chat with you about. In a recent BBC article it was reported that for those used to holidaying in southern Europe, the conversation has changed from “where’s hot?” to “where’s not?” A desire to find somewhere cooler for a European summer vacation is driving an increase in Finland and Norway holidays. They call this trend Coolcations.
