Is Elston a good place to work? We like to think so.
Many of the people who’ve joined us over the years, have stayed with us.
So, we must be doing something right.
When you're trying to cram work and study into a busy week, it's not always easy. But if you want to pursue tertiary qualifications or industry certifications to advance your career, Elston can help you to balance your work and study commitments. Often, we can approve time off around exam time, and it won't affect your annual leave entitlements.
At Elston we like to give back and help good causes in our local communities. We do this through our Better Future Fund. To learn about the charities we help and to see how you can get involved through contributions and volunteer days, visit our workplace giving page.
Most companies have a social club. We do too. But a couple of years ago we decided we could do more. So, we started an outdoor club, a travel club, a sports club, a fishing club and a leisure club. Does that mean we have more fun? You bet we do.
We currently have over 80 people working in our Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Ballina, Tamworth, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and Gold Coast offices. And we are growing.
But if you can't see a job listing that suits, we'd still love to hear from you. Just send an email to careers@elston.com.au, or upload your resume.
